Terms of Service
for the Reame Arcano service — version of 9 July 2026. Versione italiana. The privacy notice is a separate document.
1. Who provides the service
Reame Arcano is provided by Alessio Zanon, a natural person, Celano (AQ), Italy — contact: [email protected] (the “owner”).
If the Reame Arcano business is contributed or transferred to a company, the owner may assign this contract to that company, which will take over all rights and obligations towards the user. By accepting these terms, the user consents to that assignment now: no further consent will be required. The assignment will be communicated by email; the user’s rights remain unchanged, and the user can delete their account at any time.
2. The service
- Reame Arcano is a web service for managing collections of collectible trading cards (currently Magic: The Gathering): a catalog of printings, collection import, valuation at the prices of the market you choose, value history, and P&L against your purchase price.
- On top of collection management sits the play — what to do, not just what it's worth: signals and suggested moves (Sell / Hold / Accumulate), each with its thesis and its stated risks.
- The analyses are reasoned hypotheses on market data — not financial advice, not personalized investment recommendations, and never “oracles”: every decision to buy or sell remains the user’s, with its risks.
- Prices come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date: before buying or selling, always check the marketplace.
- The service is in beta: features may change, be suspended or discontinued.
3. Account
- You sign up with an email address and password, or through an external sign-in provider (OAuth).
- One account per person. Credentials are personal and must be kept safe: the user is responsible for the use of their account.
- The user can export their data and delete their account on their own, from the app, at any time. Deletion ends the contract.
- The owner may suspend or close, with a reasoned notice by email, accounts used in breach of these terms — in particular of the prohibition on automated extraction in section 4.
4. Intellectual property and database
- The software, the website, the “Reame Arcano” trademark, the logo, the texts and the design belong to the owner and are protected by copyright (Italian Law No. 633/1941). Using the service does not transfer any rights over them to the user.
- The owner is the maker of Reame Arcano’s historical price database (time series and price observations obtained, verified and presented with a substantial investment), protected by the sui generis database right (Art. 102-bis of Italian Law No. 633/1941, implementing Directive 96/9/EC).
- Without the owner’s written authorization, the following are prohibited: extracting or re-utilizing substantial parts of the database; scraping, crawling and any form of automated or bulk access to the service. The rights the law grants to the lawful user over insubstantial parts of the database remain unaffected (Art. 102-ter of Italian Law No. 633/1941).
- Card data and prices come from third-party sources — in particular Scryfall and the Cardmarket price guide — and remain subject to their respective terms of use. In Reame Arcano, access to card data and prices is never behind a payment.
5. Your content
The collection, purchase prices, notes and journal you enter remain yours. By uploading them you grant the owner a non-exclusive, free licence limited to what is needed to run the service: storing, processing, displaying them to you, and making backups. Nothing more: your content is not sold or transferred to third parties. Export is always available.
6. Unofficial content (Wizards of the Coast)
Reame Arcano is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast, Cardmarket or TCGplayer. Reame Arcano is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. © Wizards of the Coast LLC.
7. Warranties and liability
- The service is in beta and is provided “as is”: to the extent permitted by law, the owner does not guarantee continuity, availability or freedom from errors. Exporting your data periodically is recommended.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from buying or selling decisions made by the user: the signals are reasoned hypotheses; the decision — and its risk — remains the user’s.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the owner’s liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor the rights that mandatory law grants to consumers (Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
8. Changes to these terms
The owner may change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. If you do not accept the changes, you can delete your account before they take effect; using the service after that date counts as acceptance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. If the user is a consumer residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence remain unaffected. For consumers residing in Italy, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction (Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
